Donald L. Boeshore, 78, of Annville, passed away on Friday, April 7th, 2023, at his residence. He is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn E. (Light) Boeshore.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on February 1st, 1945, he was the son of the late Robert S. and Catherine I. (Uhler) Boeshore.

Both he and Marilyn were 1964 graduates of Annville-Cleona High School. Donald was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, where he sang in the choir for many years. He was also a long-time member of the Singing Cedars Barbershop Chorus of Lebanon and was part of two Barbershop quartets: The Union Canal Music Company with his brother, Bobby, and the Cross County Connection. Donald retired from the United Way of Lebanon County, where he served as bookkeeper and office manager.

The most important part of Donald’s life was his family. He was a loving husband to Marilyn for 57 years and a loving and devoted father and grandfather.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two daughters, Sharon E. Wilson, wife of David, of Annville, and Kristen L. Boeshore, of Annville; four grandchildren, Adam R. Bennett, Daniel A. Bennett, Emily C. Long, and Eric M. Long; and two step-grandsons, Ryan A. Wilson, and Alex J. Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donald was preceded in death by three siblings, Robert K. Boeshore, Larry D. Boeshore, and Kathleen M. Weidman, and by a son-in-law, Dale E. Long.

Donald will be remembered as a kind and loveable gentleman who was liked and respected by all who met him.

A public viewing will be held from 10 AM-11 AM on Friday, April 14th, 2023, at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 200 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. Funeral services will begin at 11 AM on Friday at the church. Interment will be held at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
