Donald L. Smith, 90, of Myerstown, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022, at WellSpan Good Samaritan. He was the husband of Norma Jean Smith, who passed away in September of this year.

Donald was born in Waverly, TN, on September 15, 1932, to the late Elmo E. and Bertha M. (Larkin) Smith.

He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. Donald worked for 40 years at Raymark Corps in Manheim, PA as a factory worker. After retirement, he worked for ten years at Weis Market. He was a Civil War buff, and enjoyed hunting, gun collecting, weight lifting, and walking. He was also an avid trap shooter and reader and had a sweet tooth.

He is survived by his children, Cheryl L. Watson and her husband Rodney, David S. Smith and his wife Sandra, Kelly S. Kimmell and her husband Michael, 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, his sisters, Wilma Jean Smith and Carolyn Smith of Waverly, TN, and several cousins.

A private service will be held at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
