Dorothy J. Martin, 89, of Lebanon passed away on March 10, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Marshall M. Martin, who passed away in 2016.

Dorothy was born in Tower City, on Nov. 2, 1931, to the late Charles E. and Ruth J. (McKinley) Wood. She was a 1949 Tower City High School graduate. She worked for Lebanon Box Factory and retired from Hershey Foods. She was a member of Curves and The Perseverance Fire Company. She enjoyed working with ceramics, coloring, going to yard sales, camping, traveling, and watching NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt’s “88”.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Crystal Hollinger and her husband David, of Annville, Deborah Ferguson and her husband John, of Grantville, Kenneth Weiss and his wife Kathy, of Cleona, Edward Weiss and his wife Becky, of Jacksonville, FL, Virginia Dyke and her husband Steven, of Lebanon, 13 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren on the way, and a brother, Charles E. Wood, of Tower City, PA. She is also survived by her beloved Yorkie, Foxy.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Wirt.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. There will be a viewing from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
