With great sorrow in our hearts, we announce that Dylan J. Herndon, 23, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at his residence in his hometown of Hershey, PA.

Dylan Jack was born on June 14, 2002. He will be dearly missed by his parents, Linda Alley Goldstein, Craig Goldstein, Oliver Herndon, and Julie Kopanic; siblings, Laney, Ollie, Max, and Alea; grandparents, Albert and Virginia Alley, Sandra Alley, and Marvin and Mary Ann Herndon; girlfriend, Isabelle Wessler; and many amazing friends from Hershey, Bloomsburg, and Pittsburgh.

Dylan attended Hershey Free Church and was a graduate of Hershey High School and Bloomsburg University, earning his degree in business in 2024 as a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He worked for Jay Vending at Hershey Park and as an Inside Sales Representative at Black Diamond Equipment Rentals in Pittsburgh. He was a Boy Scout, a trumpet player in the Hershey Trojans Marching Band, and a regular volunteer in the Hershey community, spending his time helping organizations such as special needs Top Soccer and Cocoa Packs. Dylan was known for his fun-loving and caring personality by friends and family.

There will be a receiving line at 1 p.m., and a service to follow at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Hershey Free Church, 330 Hilltop Road, Hummelstown, PA 17036.

Dylan is gone but will never be forgotten.
