Earl W. Brightbill, Jr., 71, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at his residence surrounded by those who loved him. He was the husband of Barbara L. (Karter) Brightbill, with whom he celebrated 48 years in marriage.

Earl was born in Harrisburg on November 30, 1949, to the late Earl W. Brightbill, Sr., and Arlene (Eshleman) Brightbill. He was an Annville High School graduate. Earl was a photographer for Lebanon Daily News. He enjoyed his trips to Disney World with his family, running, and bicycle riding.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his sons, Kyle W. Brightbill, Sean R. Brightbill, Sr., grandsons, Sean R. Brightbill, Jr., Zachary Brightbill, and Lucas Brightbill, a brother, Greg Brightbill and his wife Cheryl, and a mother-in-law, Mary Jane Karter.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Casual attire is encouraged for the viewing. If you have a cycling jersey, the family encourages you to wear this in memory of Earl.
