Edward C. Hogan, 68, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, at Mercy House of Chambersburg.

Born in Luzerne County, PA, he was a son of the late Michael Joseph Hogan Sr. and Helen Catherine (Sabinski) Hogan. Edward was a graduate of Breeden’s School of Welding and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He enjoyed fishing, target shooting, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Edward also enjoyed reading and traveling.

Edward is survived by his children, George Hogan, of Carlisle, and Melissa Beshore and Regina Hogan, both of Denham Springs, LA; grandchildren, Alex Hogan and James Hogan; brothers, Michael Hogan Jr. and Bobby Hogan; and stepfather, George Moses. Edward was preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy Moses and Sean Hogan.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, Jan. 16, 2026, at 12 p.m., from Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville. Inurnment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A visitation with his family will be held from 11:30 a.m. until the time of his service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, woundedwarriorproject.org, in his memory.
