Edward S. “Ed” Hartman, 86, of Annville, died Monday, June 8, 2020 at his residence.

Born in Annville on July 24, 1933, he was the son of the late Phillip Arnold and Edna Summy Hartman. Ed was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a spot welder for General Electric, and was known to help anyone in need. He certainly will be missed.

Surviving is a brother Joseph, husband of Mary Ann Hartman, and their daughters, brother George Hartman, chosen family Joan Kling, Lesia Mease, Daultyn Kline, Abby Kline, Arby, wife of Dan Weaber and their family, and Tiffaney Simmers. He was preceded in death by his other siblings, and Joan’s son, Will Simmers.

Burial will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
