Edward S. Hafer, a beloved member of the Lebanon community, passed away on Oct. 26, 2024, at the age of 58.
Edward was born on Oct. 9, 1966, in Lebanon, PA, to his loving parents, Robert Hafer and Myrtle Hafer (Boyer).
Throughout his life, Edward found joy in simple pleasures, such as winter snow walks and sports. He particularly enjoyed rooting for the Minnesota Vikings and Penn State football teams as well as Villanova basketball. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance from Shippensburg University. Edward leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication.
He is survived by his son, Scott Hafer; daughter, Lia Hafer; step-daughter, Alicia Castro-Wagner; granddaughter, Julia Wagner; and parents, Robert and Myrtle Hafer.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Cindy Tabb.
Edward S. Hafer will forever be remembered for his kindness and his love for his family. May he rest in peace, knowing that he was cherished by all who knew him.
