Edwin L. Cook, 90, of Myerstown, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Rosemary Markle Cook. On Jan. 9, they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.

Born in Gratiot, WI, on Oct. 17, 1934, he was the son of the late Christopher and Alice Cowen Cook.

Edwin retired from the State of WI, where he worked as a Computer Data Technician. He was a member of the Lebanon Valley Church of Christ. He enjoyed his model HO trains, flying kites, bird watching, riding and touring with his bike, staying active with physical fitness, horses, the Green Bay Packers, and any other Wisconsin sports teams. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Robina L., wife of Lester J. Stickler Jr., of Lebanon, and Winona D., wife of Gary W. Sitlinger, of Herndon; brother, Bob Cook, of Warren, IL; and grandchildren, Vanessa and Alyssa Stickler, and Xavier and Abram Sitlinger.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Lebanon Valley Church of Christ, 25 N. 4th St., Lebanon. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Trevorton.
