In loving memory of ElianaLeia “Mia” Jannet Rodriguez.
With hearts full of love and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our precious daughter, ElianaLeia “Mia” Rodriguez, on July 4, 2026, at 22 weeks of pregnancy.
Although her time with us was far too short, Mia was deeply loved from the very beginning. She brought hope, joy, dreams, and an overwhelming amount of love to her parents and everyone who eagerly awaited her arrival. Every heartbeat, every movement, and every moment she spent in the womb will forever be treasured.
As the world celebrated Independence Day, Heaven welcomed a beautiful angel. Although we never had the chance to hear her cry, hold her through life’s milestones, or watch her grow, she forever changed our lives. She will always be our daughter, our answered prayer, and our greatest love.
ElianaLeia “Mia” is lovingly survived by her parents, Kenisha Colmenero Lopez and Elimelec Rodriguez; grandparents, Jannet Dominguez and William Lozada; sisters, SofiaLidia Colmenero and DeliaLee Rodriguez; aunts, Kiara Rodriguez and Kiarelis Rodriguez; cousins; and many bonus brothers and sisters, extended family members, and friends who loved her long before they had the chance to meet her.
Although our arms are empty, our hearts will always be full of love for our sweet baby girl. We find comfort in knowing she rests in God’s loving arms, surrounded by peace, until the day we are reunited.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our daughter.
“Some people only dream of angels. We carried one beneath our hearts, and she will live in our hearts forever.”

Heaven Called Her Name
God called your name so softly
that only you could hear
And no one heard the footsteps
of the angels drawing near.
It broke our hearts to lose you
but you did not go alone
for part of us went with you
the day God called you home.
Few would know our sorrow
and few have seen us weep
We shed our tears with aching hearts
while others are asleep.
So put your arms around her Lord
and touch her smiling face
Our tiny, precious baby
who will never be replaced.
