Elizabeth A. “Tootie” Gainer, 86, of Lebanon, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at her home. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Gainer.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on Feb. 19, 1940, Elizabeth was a daughter of the late Arthur and Katherine (Emerich) Carpenter. She was an avid Los Angeles Dodgers fan and loved to play her lottery scratch-offs. She was a seamstress for Kantors in Lebanon.

She is survived by her children, Shari Gainer, Becky Davis, Sheila Gainer, and Staci Gainer; grandchildren, Felicia Davis, wife of Wilson, Jesse Davis, and Katie Gainer; great-grandchildren, Kayli Davis, Zoey Gonzalez, SkyLahna Gonzalez, and Daphne Schwartz.

She was preceded in death by her son, Scott Gainer; granddaughter, Kristy Gainer Schwartz; and several brothers and sisters.
