Emmanuel Kimokea Velez, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. Born in Lebanon, Emmanuel was a son of his loving parents, Christian Velez and Emma Rice.

Even though Emmanuel’s time was short, he was surrounded by love and will hold a very special place in our hearts and will always be loved and missed.
