Eric Noel Hargaden, 72, of Myerstown, PA, died on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Dublin, Ireland, on Dec. 25, 1953, he was a son of the late Thomas and Mary (Conroy) Hargaden.

Eric was employed as a police officer for the Los Angeles Police Department for about 14 years. He loved reading, being well-educated, traveling, and photography. Eric was a devoted Christian and generously gave to multiple Church ministries.

Eric is survived by many friends.

Services and interment will be private.
