Erik Anthony Arnold, 37, of Lancaster, died peacefully at home in his wife’s arms on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, after succumbing to an eight-year battle of brain cancer, beating the odds of an 18-month prognosis.

Over the last few years, Erik developed a true passion and talent for woodworking, creating numerous pieces, including the trellis used for his wedding. He was a devout Buffalo Bills fan, attending several games and becoming a member of the Bills’ “Broken Table Club.” He traveled to Italy for the first time last fall and thoroughly enjoyed the time he spent with his family, savoring the authentic food and wine. He loved boating on the bay near Bethany Beach and was the best dog dad to his beloved Mia, Joie, and Desi.

In addition to his wife and parents, Erik is survived by his brother, Seth, and his wife, Kelly, of Palmyra, PA; nephews, Maddox and Quinn Arnold; maternal grandmother, Anne (Nancy) Marchi, of Hershey, PA; and paternal grandfather, Thomas E. Arnold, of Lebanon, PA.
