Ernestine Ellen “Tootsie” Houser, 82, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully and went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at her home.

She was born on Tuesday, May 10, 1938, to the late Earl E. Small and Lizzie Small nee Bensinger in Lebanon. She was a member of South Lebanon Community Church and retired as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Farm Women #7 and Willing Worker Sunday School Class. Ernestine enjoyed reading, playing games, and socializing with family and friends.

Surviving are children, Elaine Gibble and spouse Craig, Edwin Houser and spouse Debra, grandchild, Amber Houser, step-grandchildren, Christopher Gibble and spouse Emily, Steven Gibble and spouse Cate, sister, Mabel Sherman, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood E. Houser.

Viewing will be on Saturday, March 20, 2021, from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at South Lebanon Community Church, 13 Evergreen Road, Lebanon.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the church.

Burial will be at Midway Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
