Ernestine M. Fahler, 81, of Lebanon passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at her home. She was the wife of the late Gerald R. Fahler who died in 2016.

Born in Lebanon on April 29, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Margaret (Shultz) Light.

She graduated from Northern Lebanon High School in the class of 1959. Ernestine was an active member of the Jonestown United Methodist Church. She enjoyed going to the ocean, Assateague Island, and volunteering at Lebanon County Christian Ministries.

She is survived by her sons Eric G. husband of Penny (Loy) Fahler of Lebanon and Kevin R. husband of Heidi (Grantz) Fahler of Lebanon; grandchildren and great-grandchildren Katelyn Fahler and her son Ciro Sol, Jennifer Fahler, Macenzie Fahler and her daughter Charity Mae, Amy Fahler and Dylan Fahler.

She was preceded in death by a brother Leonard Light.

Funeral services will be on Friday, July 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt 72 & Camp Meeting Rd. Jonestown. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Jonestown.
