Esther Ruth Zellers, 74, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021.

She was born in Lebanon on Aug. 28, 1947, the daughter of the late Herbert Eugene and Esther Ruth Zellers.

Esther was employed as an administrative assistant for the Veteran’s Homes at Ft. Indiantown Gap, from where she retired in 2007. She was very active at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Annville. She was happiest spending time with family, crafting, and enjoying meals with friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her special friend, Michael DeParolis.

Surviving is her sister, Karen, wife of Dennis Fake; nephew, Scott Barry; nieces, Renee Shover and Julie Class; great-nephews and -nieces, J.P. and Monica Class, Zachary and Joanna Ritz, and Reese Barry; and great-great-niece, Lakelyn Class.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Joanne Shover; a nephew, David Shover; and her beloved dog, Mysie.

Memorial service will be held at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 200 E. Main St., Annville, PA, 17003 on Wednesday, Dec. 29, at 11 a.m. with a visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery immediately following the service.
