Born in August 1963 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Pelegrin Montalvo and Ramona Centeno. Evelyn was a resident of Lebanon, PA, where she touched the lives of many through her warm spirit and unwavering strength. Throughout her life, Evelyn dedicated herself to her family.
She is survived by her cherished children, Alexander Collazo, Jocelyn Collazo, Evelyn Collazo, Mayra Collazo, Zoraida Montalvo, Ricardo Ortiz, Isaac Ortiz, Angel Ortiz, Miguel Ortiz, and Jonathan Ortiz; loving spouse, Isaac Ortiz-Rivera; and many grandchildren. The family will remember Evelyn for her nurturing soul, her resilience, and the fun-loving nature that drew people to her.
