Evelyn Vazquez, 51, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020 at her residence.

Born in Brooklyn, New York on June 6, 1968, Evelyn was a daughter of Virginia Medina and the late Rafael Vazquez. She enjoyed fishing and music and loved her dog, LuLu. Evelyn was a happy and friendly person who had a heart of gold.

In addition to her mother Virginia Medina and step-father, Larry Lawrence, she is survived by her companion, Jesus Rivera; a daughter, Virginia Vasquez; two grandsons, Adrian Aviles and Isaac Ventura and his father, Misael Ventura; a brother, Pedro Gonzalez; a sister, Yadria Rodriguez; a brother-in-law, Dashun Johnson; seven aunts, Jacqueline Hairston, Jaylen Lawrence Gonzalez, Brianna Virginia Gonzalez, Jasmin Fields, Carmen Medina, Carmen Coto Basso, Daisy Medina; an uncle, Stephen Basso; three great aunts, Amaya Murray, Kelis Sharrieff, Julius James; and three cousins, Michelle, Anthony, and Miguel Soto.
