Fay May Krumbine, 96, of Middletown, died on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Hershey Medical Center.

She was born on Thursday, April 29, 1926, to Granville Curry Simon and Ollie Florence Simon nee Ratcliff in Milam, WV.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ and worked as a hairdresser. Fay enjoyed watercolor painting, watching birds, sketching, and was an avid reader.

Surviving is children Charles C. May, Sr., Karen Ann Spangler; 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; sister Betty Jean Hines.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth R. Krumbine; siblings Connie Stroop and Winton Simon.

Viewing will be on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, from 11:00 to 12:00 at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 12:00 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
