Forrest D. Schell, 88, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021, at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on Jan. 17, 1933, to the late Jacob Schell and Minnie Schell nee Eisenhouer in Annville, PA. He spent his working career as a welder for Gindy Trailers. He had also been a groundskeeper for Good Samaritan Hospital for 11 years. In his free time, you could catch him out hunting, fishing, or making memories down at the shore.

He is survived by his daughter, Gloria Bender, and her spouse, Dale; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great-grandchild; and his sister, Carol Light. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice Schell, and siblings, Rachel Garst, Blanche Keller, Ferne Chronister, and Paul Schell.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, Dec. 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with services to follow at Christman’s Funeral Home Inc.
