Francis A. Swartz Jr., 67, of Fredericksburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Eileen Grogan.

Born in Renovo, PA, on Oct. 7, 1958, Francis was a son of the late Francis Sr. and Henrietta (Heiser) Swartz. He loved trains and slot cars.

In addition to his wife, Francis is survived by his son, Terence Grogan, husband of Mariel; grandchildren, Peter and Joanna; sisters, Susan Swartz and Diane Hillebrand; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends, Paul Borse, Rich Bear, and Wade Brosius.
