Frank L. Heilman Sr., 89, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife, Joan H. (Ney) Heilman.

Born in North Annville Township on Oct. 17, 1934, he was the son of the late Russel F. and Helen V. (Miller) Heilman.

Frank began working at Donough Pharmacy in downtown Lebanon as a Pharmacist in 1957. He became the proprietor of the business in 1982 and retired in 2015. He was active in the Center of Lebanon Association and the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce. In 2012, Frank was named as the Community of Lebanon Association Man of the Year. He was an avid collector of vintage Fisher-Price toys and HO model trains.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Frank L. Heilman Jr., of Palmyra; and a sister, Rachel Hoffman, of Annville.

Frank was preceded in death by three siblings, David Heilman, Russell Heilman, and Vivian Tucker.

A public viewing will be held on Monday, Sept. 23, 2024, from 10-11 a.m., at Hill Lutheran Church, 998 N. Mill St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Church. Interment will be held at Hill Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hill Lutheran Church, 998 N. Mill St., Lebanon, PA 17046, in his memory.
