Frederick L. Wright IV, 54, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024.

Born in Lebanon on April 18, 1970, he was the son of the late Frederick L. Wright III and Marjorie A. Bush Wright.

For over 30 years, he worked as a Corrections Officer for Dauphin County Prison. He bowled with the Leisure Lanes Bowling League. He was an NRA member and a member of the F.O.P. He also enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. His avid love for archery led him to pursue the South African Big Five to hunt alongside his brother from another mother, Arthur Maker, of Welkom, South Africa. He finished his journey with four out of the five.

He is survived by his children, Frederick L. Wright V, of Wernersville, and Cassandra L. Wright, and her wife, Rebecca Wright, of Adamstown; brothers, Jeff Wright, Andy (Becky) Wright, Ben Wright, and Eric (Rosie) Wright; sisters, Carrie Meyer and Beth (Shawn) Ross; grandson, Nolan Lee Thompson; several nieces and nephews; and his longtime companion, Bethany Kennedy, and her daughter, Emma.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown.
