Genevieve M. “Jenny” Batz, 93, of Annville, passed away on Friday, September 2nd, 2022, at the Lebanon Valley Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Batz, Sr.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on March 24th, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Cecelia (Hollinger) Hartlieb.

Surviving is a daughter, Margaret Ann Hummel of Lebanon, two sons, Robert S. Batz, Jr., husband of Claudia R. of Lebanon, Kenneth D. Batz, husband of Ann M. of Lebanon, and five grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Jenny was preceded in death by nine siblings, Earl Hartlieb, Edward Hartlieb, Paul Hartlieb, William Hartlieb, Dora Hermansky, Margaret Light, Clara Peiffer, Earlene Hartman, and Dorothy Smith.

A public visitation will be held from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St. Annville, PA 17003. Funeral Services will begin at 12:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the UCC Homes Benevolent Fund, 30 N. 31st Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011, in her memory.
