George M. Houser, Jr., 80, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022, at home. He was the loving husband of Suzanna M. (Horn) Houser, to whom he was married for 58 years.

Born in Lebanon on October 27, 1942, he was a son of the late George M. Houser, Sr., and Dorothy S. (Moyer) Houser.

George retired as a shipping clerk with Fuller Company and enjoyed fishing, bowling, and golfing. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan and was a member of the R Field and Stream Club. George loved spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children Sheldon Houser and his wife, Connie and Trisha Houser; four grandchildren, Jessica, Elizabeth, Jeffrey, and Donny; four great-grandchildren, Lily, Cooper, Parker, and Theo; one brother Dennis Houser and his wife Joyce.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. from Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 Camp Meeting Rd. Jonestown. Inurnment will follow in St. Gertrude’s Cemetery, Lebanon. A visitation with his family will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of his service.
