Gerald “Byrd” Goodmond Sr. was a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and better husband.

Gerald was a cook, coach, veteran, and most importantly, a son of The Lord Jesus Christ. The only thing he loved more than his Eagles, his community, and nature was his family.

He is survived by his wife; three brothers; one sister; three sons; one daughter; over 20 grandkids; and two great-grandkids.
