Geraldine L. Morris, 72, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, Aug. 22, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Lester Morris.
Born in Elizabethtown on Oct. 24, 1952, she was the daughter of the late John E. Sr. and Dorothea M. (Sease) Amsbaugh. She was a graduate of the Lower Dauphin Class of 1970. For many years, she worked for the IU-13, working with students with special needs.
She loved bluegrass music, doing crafts and artwork, gardening, traveling, and talking on the phone. She would always end her conversation with “God Bless You.” Her favorite meal was a fish sandwich and a Frosty.
She is survived by her son, Daniel L. Morris, of Lebanon; brother, John E. Jr., and his wife, Dana Amsbaugh, of Elizabethtown; sisters, Debra A., wife of Dennis B. Sweigert, Dawn, wife of Wayne Luttrell, and LaWanna R., wife of the late Steve White, all of Elizabethtown; and her beloved dogs, Liza and May.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
