Gertrude M. Wike, 92, formerly of Fredericksburg, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at the Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. She was the wife of the late Russell A. Wike.
Born in Lebanon on Feb. 18, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Catherine A. (Bixler) Keefer.
Gertrude retired from Susan Garments. Following retirement, she continued her work making wedding dresses and sewing costumes for the Mount Gretna Theater. She was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist and attended Calvary Chapel in Lebanon. She was also a member of the Fredericksburg American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, crafting, and especially spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly A., wife of David A. Keller Sr., of Jonestown; grandchildren, David A. Keller Jr., of Winchester, VA, and Tricia L., wife of Steve Leiby, of Kutztown; and great-grandchildren, Colson and Cora Jane.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park, North Annville Township.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 1776 SR 72 N, Lebanon, PA 17046.
