Glenn L. Spangler, 78, of Cleona, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025, at his residence. He was the husband of Jane (Chernich) Spangler, to whom he was married for 57 years.
Born in Lebanon, he was a son of the late George and Lola (Boyer) Spangler. Glenn worked as a maintenance machinist with Johnson & Johnson until his retirement and previously worked at Bethlehem Steel until their closure. Glenn belonged to Mount Olivet Lodge #704 and Quittapahilla Forest #25 Tall Cedars of Lebanon. He enjoyed bowling at the Goodwill in Myerstown and the Palmyra Bowling Center. He was an antique car enthusiast and treasurer for Pharaoh’s Car Club of Lebanon. Glenn loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Jane, he is survived by his sons, Glenn P. Spangler, and his wife, Mandy Mills, and Paul Spangler, and his wife, Tammy; and grandchildren, Lindsey, Kristen, Joshua, Cassidy, and Christopher. Glenn was preceded in death by his brother, George Spangler.
