Glenn R. Kercher, 91, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020, at Elmcroft in Lebanon. He was the husband of the late Marion L. (Leiss) Kercher, who passed on Dec. 13, 2020. They celebrated 71 years of marriage in Apr.

Born in Lebanon, PA on Apr. 26, 1929, Glenn was a son of the late Earl and Rhoda (Smith) Kercher. He retired from the Lebanon Daily News and worked for Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. for over 20 years. He was a member of St. Mary’s Church. He enjoyed golfing and was an avid Penn State, Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers fan.

Glenn is survived by five children, Jeffrey Kercher, husband of Deborah, Gregory Kercher, Karen Kercher, Ann Marie Raudensky, and Denise Thompson, wife of Andrew; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald Kercher, husband of Marge; and a sister, Doris Wise. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Chester and Fritz Kercher; a sister, Shirley Daub, a son-in-law; Joseph Raudensky, and a grandchild, baby boy Raudensky.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Glenn’s name can be made to St. Mary’s Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon, PA 17046.
