Grace P. Rutter, 89, of Annville and formerly of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of the late William M. Rutter Jr.

Born in Annville on April 17, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Blair) Westhafer. Grace attended the Lebanon Gospel Center. She enjoyed watching cooking shows and soap operas.

She is survived by her daughters, Lori K., wife of David Ulrich, of Annville, and Cindy L., wife of Scott Dechert, of Lebanon; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one step-granddaughter; and four step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard, Larry, and Ronald Westhafer; and sister, Gloria Kaufold.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Grantville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
