Gwendolyn (Gwen) Sattazahn, 84, of Cleona, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025, at her home. She was the wife of Fred W. Sattazahn for over 63 years. They had four children: Carl Franklin, Clay Michael, Carin Melissa, and Curt Matthew.
Gwen attended and graduated from Annville-Cleona High School, Thompson Institute as a medical secretary, and Empire Beauty School as a beautician and teacher. She was a stay-at-home mom until the children were out of school. She then joined the workforce and worked in various areas of employment.
Gwen was a member of Zion Evangelical Congregation Church at 710 S. White Oak St., Annville. She was loved and devoted to her family. She loved camping, working in her flower garden, reading, and touring on the motorcycle.
She is survived by her husband, Fred; children, Clay, and his wife, Monica, and Carin, and her husband, D. Keith Schrum. She has six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
