Harold Paul Boushell passed away at the Lebanon VA Medical Center on Jan. 8, 2025.
He was born on Dec. 3, 1945, to the late Harold and Evelyn (May) Boushell in East Stroudsburg.
He loved planes and took flying lessons. When he graduated high school, he went into the Air Force for four years, where he became a crew chief on the F-4D phantom. Then, he went west to Northrop University in Inglewood, where he worked on his BSAMET while working at Lockheed in Palmdale, California. His second love was with computers, and he founded his own company specializing in applications in manufacturing. He had other jobs over the years but loved the west coast’s warmth and sunshine.
He is survived by his sister, Linda Ebling, of Cleona; nephew, Jonathan Ebling, of Reading; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Glenn I. Ebling; and nephew, Jeffrey S. Ebling.
A memorial service will be on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Salem Lutheran Church, 119 N. 8th St., Lebanon. He will be buried at Indiantown Gap Cemetery at a later date at the convenience of the family.
