Harriet W. Weaver, 80, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024. She was the loving wife of Clarence E. Weaver, to whom she was married for 62 years.

Born in West Earl Township, she was the daughter of the late Amory M. and Mary W. Hoover.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed working outdoors, spending time with family, and going on trips to Florida. Harriet was a member of Gingrich’s Mennonite Church.

In addition to her husband, Clarence, she is survived by two daughters, Mardelle, wife of Dwight Root, and Lynelle, wife of Bob Smith; three grandchildren, Addison Root, and wife, Krista, Monica, wife of Ryan Fisher, and Trevor Smith; five great-grandchildren; and one brother, Roy Hoover, and wife, Nora.

Harriet was preceded in death by her grandson, Ian Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, at 11 a.m. from Gingrich’s Mennonite Church, 100 Forney Road, Lebanon. Burial will be held privately. A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Church. There will be no viewing or visitation on Friday prior to her service.
