Harry George Kantner Sr., 91, of Rehrersburg, PA, died on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at his residence. He was the husband of Nina Gail (Kintzel) Kantner, to whom he was married for 22 years on Nov. 1, 2025. He was preceded in death by his late wife, Miriam (Katerman) Kantner, who died on Nov. 21, 1995.

Born in Rehrersburg, PA, on June 27, 1934, he was a son of the late Selas P. and Anna (Smeutek) Kantner. Harry served in the U.S. Air Force National Guard. He enjoyed racing, antiques, going to auctions and flea markets, traveling, and going to see his family.

In addition to his wife, Harry is survived by his daughters, Hope, wife of Glenn Barnett, of Myerstown, and Desiree (Kantner) Putt, of Robesonia; son, Harry Kantner II, of Rehrersburg; stepchildren, Lyle and Jennifer; grandchildren, Faith, Brian, CJ, Tori, and Selas; great-grandchildren, Eva, Scarlett; step-grandchildren, Cymphanie, Austin, Shyann, and Alivia; and nieces, Debbie and Josie.

Services and inurnment will be private. Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
