Helen G. Ritchie, 88, formerly of Palmyra and Bethel, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2021. She was the wife of the late Ray A. Ritchie, who passed away in 2000.

Born in Annville on Nov. 17, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Cora (Whitman) Graby. Helen was a homemaker, proudly raising her seven children. She also worked for several years at the catering company of Ray Schlasman.

Helen attended Mission Church in Myerstown. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and sewing. She made delicious meals and would share her baked cookies with many. Most of all, she loved being with her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are children, Ronald L. Ritchie (Bonnie), of Bethel, Marie A. Wittlinger (Tim), of Lebanon, Gerald R. Ritchie (Brenda), of Bethel, Karen J. Weidman (Scott), of Lebanon, Bonnie L. Hershey (Richard), of Fredericksburg, Darlene K. Bechtold (Dale), of Bethel and daughter-in-law, Nina Ritchie, of Bethel, 14 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Dale A. Ritchie, grandson, Brandon Ritchie, and siblings, Earl Graby, Ruth Tompkins and Carl Graby.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 E. Main Street, Annville, PA 17003. Viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will take place in Grand View Memorial Park.
