Herbert W. Fogleman, Jr., 59, of Palmyra, passed away unexpectedly at home with family by his side, on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020. He was born on Sunday, Apr. 2, 1961, to his mother, Doris Elaine (Stuckey) Fogleman, and father, Herbert W. Fogleman, Sr., and wife, Linda Fogleman. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy L. (Stover) Fogleman.

A proud Marine Veteran, Herb was a member of the Palmyra VFW and American Legion. He was on the board of the Fogleman Wounded Music Fest. Herb was also a member of the Orviston Mountain Cowboys. He loved being outdoors whether it was hunting, fishing, or sitting on the beach.  He was the life of the party but, most importantly, he was a loving husband, father, pop, son, and friend.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his children: Lance Fogleman, Alysia Mease, and husband, Derrick, Zachary, Elizabeth, and Ian Fogleman; grandchildren, Braxton and Vyla Mease; and siblings, Raymond, Tanya, and Tasha Fogleman, and Kathy Lutz.

A time of sharing will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 at 8 p.m. at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. Viewing will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.  Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for his birthday in Apr.
