J. Amparo Zavala Arellano, 82, of Lebanon passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of MarÃa Esperanza Velazquez Rosales de Zavala.
Amparo was born in Huandacareo, Michoacán, Mexico.
He had retired from Farmer’s Pride. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, working with and interested in all different types of construction, and going to parks.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Rocio Zavala Velazquez, Gilberto Zavala Velazquez, Rafael Zavala Velazquez, Agustin Zavala Velazquez, Vanessa Zavala Velazquez, Erick Zavala Velazquez, and grandchildren, Maria del Rocio Chavez, Perla Azusena Chavez, Esmeralda Ruby Chavez, Jayden Adael Zavala, Sihara Garcia, Alejandro Garcia, Erick Giovanni Zavala, Lindsey Nicole Zavala, and Alexa Zavala Villicaña.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022, at 11 AM, from St. Benedict the Abbot Church, 1300 Lehman Street, Lebanon. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lebanon.
