James Edward Tulos, 45, of Raleigh, NC, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Wake Med Raleigh Campus, North Carolina.

James was born in Hershey on June 24, 1980, to Christ James Tulos (Carol), of Lebanon, and Patricia Ann (Austin-Tulos) Stine (Ronald), of Lebanon. James graduated from the CCHS class of 1998. He graduated from Millersville University class of 2016. James was a financial analyst for JTI Liggett for the past 15 years. When he was in Pennsylvania, he had attended Bethany United Methodist Church in Lebanon. When he was younger, he enjoyed bowling. James was a member of the Elks Club. He was very dedicated to his job; he loved to work. He was all about his career. He had a love for football, following the Miami Dolphins, and watching NASCAR. His favorite driver was Kasey Kane. He had a dog, whom he loved with all his heart, and named his dog after Kasey.

Surviving his parents and their spouses are his siblings, Michael Kapp (Kelly), Christopher Stine, Corey Stine (Trisha), Andrew Stine (Courtney), Laura Stine, Kyale Tulos, and Katrina Tulos; nephew, Landen Buck; aunts; uncles; and cousins. He will also be missed by his dear core group of friends in North Carolina.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 6 p.m., at Bethany United Methodist Church, 510 N. Hanover St., Lebanon. There will be a visitation from 5-6 p.m. at the church. Following the service, there will be a meal and fellowship time with the family at the church.
