James H. Miller, 91, of York, passed away on Monday, Dec. 15, 2025, at the Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Geraldine (Oxford) Miller, who died in 2009.
Born in York on Jan. 12, 1934, he was the son of the late Ralph K. and Verna M. (Krebs) Miller. He was a truck driver for many years. James was a member of Grandview Golf Course and enjoyed golfing with their Geritol League. Many years ago, he had two holes-in-one on the 10th and 13th holes during a nine-hole round. He enjoyed bowling at the Suburban Bowling Alley and other bowling alleys. He was an avid fan of the York Revolution Baseball team and loved going to their games.
He is survived by his daughters, Diane C. Miller, of Jonestown, and Beth M., wife of Doug Walker, of Spring Grove; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Scott A. Miller. James was the last of his immediate family.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
