James H. Morris, 82, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Spang Crest Manor. He was the husband of Mary L. (Deitzler) Morris, to whom he was married for 54 years.

Born in Lebanon on October 17, 1937, James was the son of the late John and Mary (Knight) Morris. He loved camping, woodworking, and helping his wife with ceramics. His handmade and hand painted lawn decorations were proudly displayed at his home and enjoyed by passersby. Jim enjoyed listening to country music and, as a child, playing bluegrass on his guitar with the family.

In addition to his wife, James is survived by his son, James P. Morris; a brother, Lester; two sisters, Ginny and Marilyn; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four siblings – Annie, Alma, Claude, and John Jr.

Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in James’ memory may be made to Spang Crest Manor, 945 Duke Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.
