James I. Brower Jr., 66, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 31, 2025, at his home. He was the husband of Pamela J. (Doster) Brower. On June 9, they celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary.
Born in Lebanon on June 10, 1959, James was the son of Joann (Leedy) Brower, of Lebanon, and the late James I. Brower Sr. He retired in July from Wabash, where he was a reefer installer. He was a member of the Myerstown Evangelical Congregational Church. He loved the Phillies and the Eagles, walking his dogs, going to Hollywood Casinos, and fishing.
In addition to his wife and his mother, James is survived by his brothers, Dean Brower, of Schaefferstown, and Douglas Brower, of Cleona; and sisters, Tina Via, of Harrisburg, and Venessa Brower, of Tremont.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a visitation beginning at 6 p.m.
