James Scott Blackwell, 32, of Jonestown, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022. He was the husband of Makayla L. Martin Blackwell.

Born in Winfield, Illinois, on February 2, 1990, he was the son of John Blackwell of Port Clinton and Lois Dionisio of State College.

He worked for G.F. Bowman as a plumber. He enjoyed fixing and tinkering with cars, hiking, biking, kayaking, traveling, and being in the outdoors.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his brothers Glenn and his wife Heather Blackwell of State College and Mike Blackwell of Huntingdon, and his in-laws Jonathan and Judy Martin of Lebanon.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
