Janet E. Vindich, 83, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023. She was the wife of the late Richard W. Vindich.
Born in Westminster, MD, on May 17, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Ditzler.
Janet was a graduate of Jonestown High School with the Class of 1957. Most of her career was as a voucher examiner at Fort Indiantown Gap.
She is survived by her sons, Durie S. Vindich and Trace B. Vindich; daughter, Marianna J. Esworthy; and sister, Sandra Hackett.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. A visitation with the family will begin at 12:30. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
