Janet M. Blair, 64, of Lebanon, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 15, 2023. She was the wife of the late Billy C. Blair, who died in 2014.

Born in Coatesville on January 22, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Clifford Bruce and Dorothy E. (Shute) Hoover.

Janet graduated from Coatesville Area Senior High School with the Class of 1976. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons, Billy C. Blair, II, and his wife, Shelli, of Lebanon, and Jesse C. Blair, of Lebanon; daughter, Lorie M. Blair, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Billy C. Blair, III, Tommy L. Blair, Sammy Lee Blair, Cody C. Blair, Crystal J. Blair, Kerry M. Evans, II, and Khloe M. Evans; brother, Clifford Hoover; and sisters, Barbara Gibson, Patsy Fite, Lillian Simes, and Doris Hilton.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph, Donald, Larry, and Chester Hoover, and sisters, Marian Cox and Anna Mary Wiggins.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 23, 2023, at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
