Jay Carl Shenk, 86, of Annville, passed away peacefully at Kadima Campbelltown, Palmyra.  He was born Friday, October 20, 1933 to the late Mark and Anna (Hallman) Shenk.  He is predeceased by his wife Doris Shenk since April 1, 2004.

Jay was a man of many talents from working on cars, to making model trains and wooden cars, he also was a sound tech for the band Happy Jack and the Country Swings.  He even made steel guitars back in the day. Most importantly he was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother.

He is survived by his children: Donald Shenk, Richard Shenk and wife Kelly, Robert Shenk and wife Audrey, Deborah Sholly and husband Thomas; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and brother Mark Shenk, Jr. and wife Melba.  He is predeceased by his children Donald Shenk, Catina Shenk, Linda Shenk, Ronald Shenk, and sister Arlene Menser.
