Jay H. “Jake” Kneasel, 86, of Lebanon, died on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at StoneRidge Towne Center.

He was born on Tuesday, January 1, 1935, to the late Sterling Kneasel and Ada Kneasel nee Shirk in Lebanon. He was a member of Zoar Lutheran Church and was a veteran of the Army. He worked at Cleaver-brooks and was a school bus driver for 20+ years. Jay enjoyed woodworking, hunting and farming.

Surviving are wife of 65 years, Audrey A. Kneasel nee Conrad; daughter Holly Umberger and spouse Larry; grandchildren Rev. Ben Umberger and spouse Jana, Brooke Edge and spouse Edward; great-grandchildren Micah Umberger and Toby Umberger; brothers Roy W. Kneasel and Lee E. Kneasel, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sister Bernise Fink.

Viewing will be on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Zoar Lutheran Church, 560 Freeport Road, Lebanon.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Burial will be at Zoar Lutheran Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
