Jay R. Rutter, 80, of Richland, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021, at his residence.

He was the husband of Barbara A. (Bressler) Rutter. Jay was born in Lebanon on July 17, 1940, a son of the late William and Alice (Hoover) Rutter. In addition to his wife, Jay is survived by two sons, Allen J. Rutter husband of Krystal, of Howard, PA and Dale R. Rutter husband of Michele, of Boise, ID, and three grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister and two brothers.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
