Jean Carlos Ortiz Rivera, 30, of Lebanon, died on Thursday, March 9, 2023.

He was born on Saturday, September 19, 1992, to Tony Ortiz and Breanda Rivera in Puerto Rico.

He enjoyed music and working on cars.

Surviving are wife, Roseann Ortiz nee Lopinto; children, Anuel Ortiz, Jan Luis Ortiz, Sabrina Lopinto, Giovanni Schneck, Braylon Schneck, and Lorelei Ortiz; grandchildren, Sanea Fidler Lopinto and Nathan William Fidler; brothers, Hector Avile and Elijah Ortiz; sister-in-law, Frances Gonzalez Carrillo; brothers-in-law, Julio Carrillo and Tito Rodriguez; and cousin, Bryan Rodriguez.
